The Wisdom Keepers are a collection of archetypal beings that emerged through a creative and intuitive process of drawing, listening, and deep inner reflection.

They now form a 64-card oracle deck—a kind of visual and intuitive self-discovery tool—where each Keeper reflects a different facet of human experience.

Each one carries a distinct way of seeing and relating to life, offering perspectives that can help us meet ourselves—and each other—with more compassion, honesty, and creative imagination.

The Wisdom Keepers are not here to tell us what to do.

They’re here to help us remember who we are and the wisdom we already carry within.

The Wisdom Keepers were created by Rosy Aronson—an artist, author, and expressive arts therapist whose work weaves together creativity, psychology, and spiritual inquiry.

Her work sits at the intersection of art, healing, and archetypal exploration, helping people reconnect with their authentic voice through creative expression, self-reflection, and a lot of permission.

The Wisdom Keepers Oracle Deck is one expression of that lifelong exploration.

The Wisdom Keepers came to Rosy when she needed them most. They weren’t intended to become “something”—not even a project, much less a product.

They began as a spontaneous, meditative, and nervous-system-relaxing practice that nourished Rosy while she was parenting a young daughter, holding a full counseling practice, and grappling with the divisiveness and suffering of the world.

Only over time did these compassionate beings (emerging through faces from all over the world) begin to reveal themselves as a collective, a wise council… a kind of living oracle made up of many voices, each carrying their own transformative story and embodying a unique aspect of human nature.

The Wisdom Keepers first emerged as simple black-and-white drawings during a deeply intuitive and personal journey… a way of listening inward and connecting with the compassionate potential of humanity, one face—one culture—at a time.

Though this drawing practice didn’t begin as an intentional project, it ultimately became the 64 Faces of Awakening.

As Rosy connected with the faces and listened even more deeply, she began to hear their stories and sense the archetypes they embodied—and how they might be integrated with the Gene Keys.

Eventually, the 64 Faces of Awakening merged with the essence of the Gene Keys and became the Wisdom Keepers Oracle Deck.

From there, the work continued to unfold organically:

– into a coloring book and a Global Coloring Project

– from black and white into full-color artwork

– into the Face of Love is Universal global video campaign

– into books, courses, and teachings like the Wisdom Wheel of Integrity

– into a Home Collection of blankets, pillows, and tapestries

– in a playful and practical dialogue with the Dream Arc

– and now into the 64 Songs of Awakening

The Wisdom Keepers are far from static images. They are a living, evolving field of relationship—a family of love and wisdom—one that continues to grow and stretch Rosy (and the lives of those they touch) through creativity, collaboration, and shared experience.

The Wisdom Keepers are not rooted in any single tradition. In fact, they represent the Multiplicity of One… the truth that beneath our infinite diversity, we belong to each other.

They are inspired by a wide range of influences—including archetypal psychology, spiritual traditions, and universal human themes—but primarily emerged through intuitive and imaginal realms.

The Wisdom Keepers are meant to be accessible across cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds—meeting each person in their own way.

Indeed they are.

Like the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching—and the 64 archetypes explored in systems like the Gene Keys and Human Design—the Wisdom Keepers also form a set of 64 archetypal expressions.

While they were not initially or intentionally created for this purpose, they’ve become a cherished tool of exploration for many people drawn to maps of human consciousness connected to the I Ching.
