Rosy Aronson, PhD, is an inspirational artist, author and counselor with a Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy and a Doctorate in Intuitive Listening & the Creative Arts. Her deepest intention is to provide empowering tools for people to awaken to their gifts and bloom into their authentic selves. With this in mind, Rosy has created the 64 Faces of Awakening, The 64 Faces of Awakening Coloring Book, The 64 Faces Coloring Project, The Wisdom Keepers Oracle Deck and Inner Guidebook, and the Wisdom Keepers Adventure TalesSeries to reflect essential healing archetypes that lie at the foundation of our universe.
An avid permission-giver, pressure-dissolver and embracer of the unknown, Rosy believes we are literally designed to blossom, and the more each of us radically trusts, honors and expresses our true nature, the more magic we can create together. Rosy holds the vision that over time, the 64 Faces of Awakening will be invited into homes, retreat centers, public buildings, meditation halls, yoga studios and schools, so that more and more people can bask in the warm presence and compassion of these wise beings.
Rosy has been devoted to grounding, freeing and connecting people through the creative process since 1987. She studied Psychology & Social Change at the University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor. Upon receiving her B.A., she moved to Europe, where she trained and worked as a visual artist and transpersonal arts therapist. Rosy provided creative arts therapy to individuals, couples and families in her Danish private practice, supervised alternative healing practitioners, and led creativity, women’s empowerment and personal growth workshops. Rosy lives with her Danish husband and daughter in Berkeley, California. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Disclaimer: Rosy is an ordained minister of Designed to Blossom of AIWP and provide something more akin to spiritual counseling than psychotherapy. The work I do is with highly functional people, for whom ‘spirit’ plays a central role in their life. I do not give diagnoses, work with pathology, or claim to be an expert offering a treatment or cure.
